Terms of Service

This document will illustrate acceptable uses of our services and the terms of service that UploadPro.org provide to you (User and/or Customer). We (UploadPro.org) reserves the right to edit this document at any time as we see fit without any prior warning or announcement.

1. Requirements for UploadPro.org Services

Our services are exclusive to individuals and/or business groups that agree to form legally binding contracts with us; and as a result of using UploadPro.org's services, User hereby represents the fact and warrants the fact that he/she will uphold and maintain the items established in this agreement (and any other binding documents that are clearly accessible on UploadPro.org's website).

2. UploadPro.org Rights

a. By using UploadPro.org's services User agrees that all information and contents (excluding that which User uploads) is copyrighted to UploadPro.org unless stated otherwise; and acknowledges that if he uses UploadPro.org material without permission, he may be prosecuted by law.

b. User (by using UploadPro.org's services) agrees and acknowledges that UploadPro.org is not responsible for any problems that may occur while using our services. User further agrees that UploadPro.org is not held liable for any tangible or intangible losses that occurred during the process of using its services.

c. UploadPro.org reserves the rights to delete any material or account without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

User understands that UploadPro.org has the sole discretion in deciding what's acceptable to the use of its services, and agrees that he/she will not use UploadPro.org's services to perform the followings:

a. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unlawful materials.

b. Harm minors in any way. This includes any form of child pornography.

c. Abuse UploadPro.org's services for the purpose of, but not limited to: to gain unauthorized access to UploadPro.org's servers, to interrupt the proper working of UploadPro.org's services, or to impose an unreasonable load on UploadPro.org's network.

d. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

User acknowledges that offenders may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. In addition to this, user's account and/or all uploaded files may be removed and/or further banned from UploadPro.org.
